Eureka Springs, Arkansas is home to more than 30 fine art and fine craft galleries plus more than 300 working artists in the visual and performing arts. And that’s not tallying the countless creatives in the areas of music, literary, and entertainment – think chefs, poets, film makers, and the list goes on.
Each May for 24 years, we have honored the creative urges of all our residents (about 2300) and tens of thousands of visitors who join us in what has come to be called the May Festival of the Arts – a month long celebration where you are bound to find art around every corner here in Eureka Springs. This year, 2012, we celebrate our 25th anniversary celebration and hope you will join us here in Eureka Springs, where there is art around every corner!
The 2011 May Festival of the Arts is a co-production of the Eureka Springs Arts Council and the CAPC office along with numerous volunteers who brought together the community to celebrate the arts in all its forms.
